Hiring a ground at Norths
Four steps, no phone calls, and your dates are held from the moment you press send.
The process
- Check availability
The availability calendar shows every ground, the nets and the pavilion, week by week. It is live — what you see is what is free.
- Request online
One date or a whole season. Your dates are held immediately and reviewed by the club within 5 business days. If a date you want is already taken we will tell you on the spot and hold the rest.
- The club reviews each date
We approve or decline date by date, so one clash never costs you the season. If we cannot do a date, you get the reason and, where we can, an alternative.
- Invoice by email
One email covers everything we decide, with the invoice attached. Then we will see you at the ground.
Where everything is
Entrance & car park — Off Shaw Road, beside the pavilion. · Centre wicket — The turf square inside each oval — hired with the outfield, or left out of it.

All rates are ex GST. GST is added at 10% and always shown as its own line.
Rates marked with an asterisk are indicative — they're confirmed when the club approves your booking.
The paperwork
We need a copy of your public liability certificate — $20M cover, noting NSDCC as an interested party. You can send it with your request or after it, whichever suits.
Every booking is made under the NSDCC Conditions of Hire (v3, March 2026), which you accept when you send your request.
